Auto/Motorcycle Prize
Eligibility: The winner must possess a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Insurance Requirement: The winner is required to provide proof of valid insurance in order to take possession of the vehicle, unless the vehicle is being towed away.
Vehicle Condition: The vehicle is won in “as-is” condition, and Rafaway LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose of the vehicle.
Site Unseen: The vehicle is won “site unseen,” meaning the winner is not granted an opportunity to inspect or appraise the vehicle prior to taking possession.
Displeasure with Vehicle: In the event the winner is not pleased with the vehicle, they have the option to receive a $1500 gift card in lieu of taking possession of the vehicle.
Vehicle Return to Raffle: Alternatively, the winner may choose to have the vehicle placed back into the raffle pool for a future drawing.
Sobriety Requirement: The winner must not be under the influence of any legal or illegal substances, including but not limited to drugs or alcohol, upon picking up the prize.
Liability: Rafaway LLC is not responsible for any issues or defects that may arise with the vehicle after the winner takes possession. The winner assumes full responsibility for any and all repairs, maintenance, or issues that may occur.
Vehicle Resale: The winner has the option to sell the vehicle to Rafaway LLC at any point after winning. The price offered for the vehicle will be subject to standard comparison to reputable automotive valuation sources such as Kelly Blue Book, etc.
Renovation
Property Ownership Verification: The winner must provide valid proof of lease or ownership of the property on which the renovation work will take place.
Scope of Renovation: The prize includes renovation of one designated room (e.g., living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, etc.). No alterations are to be made to the existing foundation, electrical, or plumbing systems.
Compliance with Existing Permits: All renovation work must be in compliance with existing permits or within the confines of the current layout. Any deviations will be at the expense of the winning prize.
Identification of Shut-Off Valves and Breaker Panels: The winner must ensure that shut-off valves and breaker panels are readily accessible and provided. If not, the cost of locating and providing these elements will be added to the overall expense.
Duration and Cost of Work: The length and cost of the renovation work will be determined by factors including material expenses, curing time, debris removal, labor costs, and necessary insurance. These elements are at the expense of the winning prize.
Approval of Materials and Finishes: Renovation work will be scheduled after all selected materials and finishes have been approved by the contractor and the winner.
Lease Considerations: If the winner is leasing the property, they must provide written proof that either water or electrical services can be safely shut down during the scheduled renovation.
Permits and Permit Filing Responsibility: Obtaining necessary permits and filing for permits, if required, is the responsibility of the winner.
Gift Card Option: The winner has the option of receiving a $3000 gift card in lieu of the renovation expense.
Exclusions: Rafaway LLC is not responsible for any additional demands or repairs needed to the property outside of the selected room for renovation.
Auto Repair, merchant
Insurance Requirement: The winner must provide valid proof of insurance for the vehicle before it can be driven or towed to the selected shop.
Transportation to Shop: The vehicle must be driven or towed to the shop specified by Rafaway LLC. If Rafaway LLC is requested to tow the vehicle, the tow fee will be charged to the prize winner.
Shop Liability: The shop is not responsible for any sudden issues that arise outside of known issues identified for repair.
Damages Incurred During Repair: Any damages to the vehicle caused during the repair process must be filed through the winner’s personal insurance.
Gift Card Option: The winner has the option of receiving a $3000 gift card in lieu of having the vehicle repaired.
Electronics
Prize Description: The prize consists of brand new electronics, sourced directly from the manufacturer or a reputable electronic store.
Gift Card Option: The winner has the option of receiving a $700 gift card in lieu of taking possession of the electronic device..
Warranty Disclaimer: Rafaway LLC does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the electronic device. The device is provided in its original condition and is considered “as-is”.
Site Unseen: The electronic device is won “site unseen,” meaning the winner is not afforded the opportunity to inspect or appraise the device prior to taking possession.
Hall/Event Space
Event Hosting Requirement: The winner is obligated to host an event in the selected event space.
Capacity and Amenities: The event space can accommodate up to 80 guests. The location provides basic amenities including tables, chairs, parking facilities, two restrooms, a kitchenette (without a stove), ten wire racks, two coolers, a fridge, extra-large counter space, and a sink.
Exclusions – Food and Decor: Food and decor are not included in this winning. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange for catering and decor separately.
Date Confirmation: Winning this prize does not confirm the availability of a specific date for the event. The exact date is subject to mutual agreement between the winner and the event space owner.
Must show valid Id stating winner is 18 years or older. Winner wins an event in the selected event space. Availability of dates is subject between winner and event space owner. No tickets or beverages sold during events. Event time is based on the event hall scheduled event time and not hours chosen by winner. Hours can be seen on www.bellaquinnevents.com
The location hosts up to 80 guests. Food, decor, soft beverages and entertainment not provided in this winning. The event space provides the tables, chairs, parking, two restrooms, kitchenette no stove but with ten wire racks, two coolers, fridge, extra large counter space with sink, one security personnel and cleanup.
